Before your visit
A little preparation goes a long way
Your first visit is a relaxed 90-minute Full Assessment; follow-ups are 60 minutes. A remote option is available if you can't come in. Here's what helps:
- •A list of any medication and supplements you take
- •Any recent results you'd like to talk through
- •A notepad and pen - you'll learn a lot
- •Arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in
